Jay Hogg, MD

Maternal Fetal Medicine

Dr. Hogg is a native of Jackson, MS. He attended Mississippi State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He then returned to Jackson to attend medical school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Upon graduation, he completed a four-year residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC, where he served as a chief resident. He later returned to Jackson, where he completed a three-year fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine and a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Dr. Hogg is double-board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Hogg is an expert in fetal ultrasound and his clinical interests include fetal abnormalities, hypertensive disorders of pregnancy, and maternal obesity.

Dr. Hogg enjoys exercising, cooking and spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their three children Gates, Preston and George.
